WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing PVBuddy products or services for your solar testing needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

PVBuddy is a registered trademark from PVSure Pte Ltd ("PVSure", "our", "we", "us").  Products and services from PVSure are referred as "PVBuddy" when you purchased from our website (www.pvbuddy.com) or our authorized retailers for your own use and not for resale.  PVBuddy includes all software, firmware, web or mobile applications, services or hardware but excluding any accessories or consumables e.g. connection cables, adapter mounts, batteries etc.

Please read the following warranty policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Limited Warranty: PVSure offers a limited warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from our website. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Please note the buyer is responsible for
all return shipping charges associated with the warranty claim.

2. Coverage: The warranty applies to PVBuddy products or services that have been used and maintained according to the provided instructions. It covers manufacturing defects and failures that occur under normal use.

3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond our control. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages.

4. Claim Process: If you believe your PVBuddy product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our customer support team at info@pvbuddy.com. Our team will guide you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

5. Resolution: PVSure will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we may offer a suitable alternative such as credit to purchase other products or services available.

6. Limitation of Liability: PVSure's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

8. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

9. Governing Law: This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, kindly email us your intent to return and reason for us to improve; place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If product is returned in damaged or aesthetically blemished condition, PVSure has the right to determine the refund amount less damaged assessed.

For Free trials, please email to info@pvbuddy.com with intent to return within the marketed timeframe (e.g. 60 days) and ship to our return address at buyer expense. We will refund amount upon assessment of fair use working set and any postage incurred when when sent to user.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:  Accessories or consumables
